Zilanti LLC ("Zilanti", "we") builds software for independent tradespeople, including Fixboard. This policy explains what data we collect and how it's used.

Account data

When you create an account, we collect your email address and any name you provide. This is used solely to authenticate you and identify your data within the app.

Customer and job data you enter

Fixboard lets you (the technician) store your own customers' information — names, phone numbers, addresses, appliance details, job notes, photos, estimates, and invoices. This data belongs to you and is used only to provide the app's functionality. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than running the service you signed up for.

Where data is stored

Data is stored on Google Firebase / Google Cloud infrastructure. Each account's data is isolated and accessible only to that account. Photos and signatures you capture in the app are stored the same way.

Data we don't collect

Fixboard does not process card payments in its current version, does not track your location in the background, and does not share data with third-party advertisers.

Your choices

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us below.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
