These terms govern your use of apps published by Zilanti LLC ("Zilanti", "we"), including Fixboard. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

Fixboard is a tool for independent appliance-repair technicians to track customers, jobs, estimates, and invoices. It is provided as-is, and features may change as the product develops.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be legally able to operate the business you use the app for.

Your data

Data you enter about your own customers and jobs remains yours. See our Privacy Policy for how it's stored and handled.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Zilanti is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Payments

The current version of Fixboard does not process customer payments on your behalf — "mark as paid" is a record-keeping feature only, not a payment processor. Any future paid subscription for the app itself will be disclosed separately at checkout.

Termination

You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
