Delete your account
You can delete your OnsiteBoard account and everything in it at any time. OnsiteBoard is made by Zilanti LLC.
From the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. The account and its data are removed straight away.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account.

We reply to confirm the request came from the account owner, then delete the account within 30 days and let you know when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account and business profile
- Customers, jobs, estimates and invoices
- Payments you recorded, customer signatures and job photos
- Records of emails the app sent on your behalf
Nothing is kept once the account is deleted.
What is not affected
- Your Stripe account. It belongs to you and holds your payout and tax history. Deleting OnsiteBoard only removes the connection; close the Stripe account itself through Stripe.
- An App Store subscription. Billing is handled by Apple, so deleting your account does not stop it. Cancel it in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
